Beauty Comes in All Forms
Everyone shines in their own unique way. Our differences make the world vibrant and exciting.
But sadly, not everyone feels confident in their appearance. The fashion industry and media often promote unrealistic beauty standards. This makes many people see their natural features as “flaws.” As a result, some turn to makeup, fillers, or even cosmetic surgery in search of “perfection.”
Some Take It Further
While most are content with minor enhancements, others go all-in.
One such person is 24-year-old Andrea Ivanova from Sofia, Bulgaria. She’s on a mission to have the biggest lips in the world.
Using hyaluronic acid injections, Andrea has drastically enlarged her lips—undergoing 27 procedures so far, according to Unilad.
“I like them a lot and feel much better,” she told Jam Press.
The Price of Transformation
Her dream doesn’t come cheap.
Each injection costs about $150 in Bulgaria. In total, Andrea has spent around $5,000 on her lips, reports Malay Mail.
Despite warnings from doctors, she’s not stopping. Andrea insists on going bigger, explaining, “I want the biggest lips in the world.”
Although she hasn’t secured the official world record yet, she believes she already holds the title.
Internet Fame and Online Attention
Andrea’s look has attracted international attention.
“Many men from all over the world write to me, offering money, trips, and meetings,” she says.
Several of her followers—especially those familiar with extreme body modifications—claim they’ve never seen lips larger than hers.
The Downsides of Lip Injections
Andrea loves her look but admits it comes with challenges.
“It’s hard to eat after the procedure,” she says. “The first two to three days are the most difficult. But I can eat whatever I want—there are no restrictions.”
Doctors have mixed feelings. Some say she should stop. Others are willing to continue treatments—if she waits at least two months between sessions.
Haters Don’t Bother Her
Andrea receives plenty of negative comments online—but she shrugs them off.
“It’s my body. I think everyone should look however they want,” she says.
