Zooming In On A Picture Of Donald Trump, People Notice A “Sinister” Element In The Backdrop

Not for the reason he likely would have intended, a picture of President Donald Trump holding a model of the fastest airliner in the world has gone viral.

In the photo, Trump is seen grinning while carrying a replica of Boom Aero’s Overture One in the Oval Office.

It seems that Boom’s aircraft, called the “son of the Concorde,” is set to replace the 78-year-old’s presidential plane.

Its XB-1 model broke the sound barrier earlier this year, traveling at an astounding 844 mph, which is 83 mph faster than the speed of sound, which is 761 mph.

Taking to Twitter, the founder and CEO of Boom Aero, Blake Scholl posted: “By popular demand, THIS very special Overture One model is now available for pre-order in the @boomaero Merch store! And these models are made in America!”

“Will this aircraft be manufactured in the U.S.A?” was one of the questions he received in reaction to his business trip to Washington, DC.

To which Scholl replied: “Of course !”

Another asked: “I have one on order. Any estimate on shipping date?”

I’d imagine they’re asking about the model of the jet not the actual jet itself, Scholl commented: “July. We are trying to speed it up.”

The rest of the comments focused on a fairly strange element that was noticed in the picture’s backdrop.

What, then, was the background of Trump’s photo?

Of course, there were old furniture pieces, banners, a statue of a head, and pictures of past presidents hanging on the wall.

You can see Elon Musk staring back at you through the mirror if you zoom in past the ear that was slightly damaged by a bullet from one of the Republican’s assassination attempts last year.

Hundreds of people responded to the Tesla CEO’s unexpected presence after just one person zoomed in, snapped a snapshot, and left a comment beneath the original post. One user even went so far as to call the billionaire’s background hiding in the image “sinister.”

It was typed by another user: “That is so creepy.”

“Mirror mirror on the wall who’s the actual president of them all,” said another joker.

While one user commented: “@elonmusk go home bro or at least stop photobombing the president.”

Finally, a final typed just “Jumpscare.”

Trump said that he’settled’ on the tech founder because he ‘couldn’t find somebody wiser’, despite Musk’s appointment as co-lead of the Department for Government Efficiency (DOGE).
