The rumor about her and a man named Jim Curtis began in June 2025. Page Six reported at the time that she and Curtis had been spotted ‘getting cozy’ while having dinner at the Ventana Big Sur hotel in Big Sur, California.

Weeks later, Aniston and Curtis were rumored to have left the US for a getaway to Mallorca, Spain, together for the Fourth of July weekend. So how did they meet? In mid-July, a source told People Magazine that Curtis and Aniston were set up by a mutual friend.

“They’ve been seeing each other for a few months now,” the source said. “They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work. She’s really into self-help and wellness. They are dating, but it’s still casual.”

On his website, he refers to himself as a “wellness pioneer, author, and coach.” The 50-year-old states that his approach includes mindfulness and spiritual coaching to help people “break free form their past to create an entirely new, empoered reality.” and “step into the version of [themselves] that attracts love, wealth, opportunity, and joy with ease.”

Moreover, Jim Curtis explains that he uses hypnotherapy and intuitive coaching to help adapt the client’s anxiety, mental blocks, and trauma.

“Whether you’re recovering from divorce, heartbreak, letting go of toxic dynamics, or attracting healthier love, Jim helps you release what no longer serves and open your heart again,” Jim Curtis’ website reads.

Through manifestation tactics, Curtis helps his clients “break free from old identities and stories” and “step into the version of [themselves] that attracts love, wealth, opportunity, and joy with ease.”

Jim Curtis offers “hypno-realizations”

Jim Curtis has previously had roles at companies such as WebMD and Everyday Health. Besides offering what he calls “hypno-realizations,” he is also a transformational coach and speaker. On Instagram, he has more than 600.000 followers.

Jim Curtis has a personal story that likely explains why he has chosen to focus on healing as a profession. In an interview with Fast Company in 2018, he explained that at 22, he was diagnosed with lesions on his spinal cord, leading to years of chronic pain, mobility issues, and muscle spasms.

“It was unknown how they started, but I very rapidly became ill and soon had trouble walking,” he said. “My own illness and disability forced me to confront the limited beliefs, disconnection, and trauma that were keeping me sad, sick, and alone,”

Further, Curtis wrote on his website. “Through many powerful tools, including hypno-realization, I not only transformed my physical health, depression, and relationships, but I’ve also helped thousands of others break free to create an entirely new reality full of connection, community, and love.”

Neither Jennifer Aniston nor Jim Curtis has publicly commented on their potential relationship. But just months ago, in April, Aniston told Travel + Leisure that she’d recently started using hypnosis to overcome her fear of flying.

In a series of pictures captioned “Thank you summer,” Curtis can be seen several times, with one being a photo taken from behind him as he watches the sunset on the beach.
