A Young Girl’s Bold School Moment
A 6-year-old girl was in class one day when her teacher started discussing evolution. The teacher approached a boy named Tommy, and their conversation went as follows:
Teacher’s Lesson
Teacher: “Tommy, do you see the tree outside?”
Tommy: “Yes.”
Teacher: “Do you see the grass outside?”
Tommy: “Yes.”
Teacher: “Go outside and look up. Do you see the sky?”
Tommy stepped outside, came back, and answered, “Yes, I saw the sky.”
Teacher: “Did you see God?”
Tommy: “No.”
Teacher: “Exactly. We can’t see God because He doesn’t exist.”
The Girl’s Response
At this point, the young girl raised her hand. She asked if she could ask Tommy a few questions, and the teacher agreed.
Little Girl: “Tommy, do you see the tree outside?”
Tommy: “Yes.”
Little Girl: “Do you see the grass?”
Tommy: “Yes…” (Growing tired of the questions)
Little Girl: “Did you see the sky?”
Tommy: “Yes…”
Little Girl: “Tommy, do you see the teacher?”
Tommy: “Yes.”
Little Girl: “Do you see her brain?”
Tommy: “No.”
Little Girl: “Then, according to what we learned today… she must not have one!”
A Perfect Comeback
This witty response had everyone laughing! A perfect example of clever thinking. Share this story with friends and family—they’ll love it!
