Most people tend to look at Tyrus Murdoch as just being a professional wrestler. As a former WWE wrestler, he earned that reputation but he is much more.

Tyrus Murdoch is not only a former wrestler, but he is now a political commentator. More importantly, however, he is a husband and father, but most people tend to not know much about what is going on behind the scenes.

He got a difficult start early in life but eventually, he would enter into a blended family and have plenty of love. Taking a look at how he is behind the cameras gives you more of an indication of who he is and how he gets along in life.

When Tyrus was born, his parents were still teenagers. His father was 19 years old, and his mother was 15. He comes from a biracial family, and that added further difficulty because he often felt trapped between two worlds.

From a very early age, violence was a common factor in his life. His father had physically assaulted him when he was younger and damaged his eye. His mother then said goodbye to the relationship to protect her children.

Eventually, Tyrus would turn to education to escape the difficulties he was facing. After graduating from high school in California, he went to Antelope Valley College and later, the University of Nebraska.

Tyrus was studying to be a teacher, and he played college football. It was during those younger years that he found out how to grow up and break the cycle of destruction he was facing.

Later, he would look beyond the difficulties he faced as a youngster and got back together with his mother. His father is still in a strained relationship, but he was thankful that his mother took the step of protecting him.

For the most part, you don’t have an opportunity to see what is going on behind the scenes in his family. It’s obvious, however, that he takes his role as a father and husband seriously.

He got married in January 2024 after spending more than a decade with Ingrid Rinck. She has always been known for her love of fitness and she has an entrepreneurial spirit. She even created a meal prep company, Sensible Meals.

They share a close bond with each other that is built on respect. They especially share a love of parenting and wellness.

When their daughter, Georgie was born in 2014, they grew to have an even closer family. Georgie is someone known for her love of animals, especially horses.

Eventually, the family would move to a farm in New Jersey, and Georgie was able to take her love of animals to even higher levels. It’s not unusual for his father to share how proud he is of her dedication.

When Tyrus married Ingrid, he already had two children, a son and a daughter. Their names and lives have basically been shielded from the public, but he has said that he is committed to being a loving parent.

Ingrid also has two sons from a previous relationship, Rock and Rhett. You can see how they have really formed a blended family, and they do well with it.

It can be difficult to balance everything in life, but Tyrus seems to do so nicely. He makes sure that communication is a part of his family, as he didn’t experience it when he was a child.

In the end, he has become a good example of fatherhood, and he is someone who has turned a bad early life into something that was better and stronger.
