Trump makes ‘disgusting’ comment about Karoline Leavitt’s lips during speech and it’s left people seriously disturbed

Donald Trump has come under fire for his recent remarks about Karoline Leavitt.

The president has raised eyebrows of late for making several derogatory remarks about women.

He made headlines last month after calling Bloomberg journalist Catherine Lucey ‘piggy’ in a heated exchange, for him to then call another female reporter ‘nasty’ and ‘stupid’ just a few weeks later.

Now Karoline Leavitt, the White House’s press secretary, has been subjected to remarks about her appearance. While they were somewhat complimentary, many have argued they were still unwarranted.

Speaking to supporters in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday (December 9), Trump noted that his 28-year-old press secretary was there with him.

“We even brought our superstar today, Karoline,” he told the crowd, adding: “Isn’t Karoline great?”

Trump continued, per The Sun: “You know, when she goes on television, Fox, like I mean, they dominate, they dominate when she gets up there with that beautiful face and those lips that don’t stop-op-op-op, like a little machine gun.”

He proceeded to link her on-air confidence with the fact that the Trump administration ‘have the right policy’.

Trump’s ramblings continued: “We don’t have men in women’s sports… we don’t have to sell transgender to everybody, we don’t have to sell open borders where the world is allowed to come into our country from prisons and everywhere else – so she’s got a little bit [of an] easier job.”

People have since reacted to the president’s comments about Leavitt and they’re far from happy.

“Trump is a disgusting fool,” somebody said of Trump. Another person raged: “Trump reducing a woman to her looks and the sound of her lips is grotesque, juvenile, and horrifyingly predictable.”

“Gross. I’d be mortified if my boss spoke about me like that,” said someone else on Twitter.

“He certainly doesn’t hide what he thinks of females. Any age,” added another.

UNILAD has approached the White House for comment.

Leavitt is yet to directly address Trump’s remarks but seems to be unfazed by it all having shared multiple posts about Tuesday’s event on Twitter.

While Leavitt hasn’t addressed this, one thing she has spoken about recently is her age-gap relationship and not being able to find a man ‘her own age’. Her husband is 32 years her senior.

Appearing on Pod Force One with Miranda Devine, she was asked: “Could you not find boys your own age who were as mature?”

Leavitt replied: “Honestly, no, if you want to know the truth.”
