The NFL Honors were hosted by the rapper on Thursday.
At the 14th annual NFL Honors, Snoop Dogg made waves with his opening speech, in which he ridiculed 74-year-old Bill Belichick for his connection with 24-year-old girlfriend Jordan Hudson.
Hudson, a former cheerleader for Bridgewater State University, started dating Belichick in early 2023. Belichick earned six Super Bowl titles with the New England Patriots during his 24-year tenure as head coach.
The couple reportedly initially crossed paths in February 2021 when sitting next to one other on a plane, but their relationship wasn’t made public until June 2024.
A few months later, Hudson and Belichick went to the pre-Super Bowl awards event on Thursday and sat next to one other.
In contrast, American rapper Snoop Dogg quickly made fun of the highly discussed pair during his unforgettable opening monologue at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans.
According to him, “I’ve been a football fan for a long, long time.” I recall a time when the Cowboys were winning. I recall when the Chiefs were awful. And what was it that I remembered? Bill Belichick had not yet given birth to his girlfriend.
Belichick and Hudson, who were seen chuckling at Snoop’s joke, deserve praise for handling it effectively.
Belichick’s romantic life has previously been made fun of. The connection was ridiculed by former NFL players Rob Gronkowski and Tom Brady in a May portion of Netflix’s The Roast of Tom Brady.
“Coach, you used to talk about Foxborough High School when we sucked,” Gronkowski responded. “But now I know why you were so obsessed with Foxborough High School: you were scouting your new girlfriend.”

Then Brady cracked a joke of his own: “When people ask me which ring I like most, I used to answer ‘the next one,’ but now that I’m retired, my favorite ring is the camera that captured Coach Belichick sneaking out of that poor girl’s house a few months ago. Hey, you’re still capable. Show respect, baby.
Hudson stated on Instagram in the New Year that she will keep defending their love.
Only ‘public information’ affected us in 2024, yet in some way, everything altered. Fourth year; still going strong,” she wrote. In 2025, I’m eager to take punches for you. Go for it, Keyboard Warriors. Your delusion of virtue simply strengthens my sincerity.
