Modern electric grinders are able to seamlessly mince pounds of beef. Some models come with attachments attachments which help with sausage-making, kibbe, and juicing. Ever since the item was modernized, they were able to get more features built into them.
So, while these days, mince meat is easy to make with electric mincers, the tool has had a long journey to become what it is today.
