Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson have reportedly sparked a romance while filming The Naked Gun reboot. The pair met earlier this year and quickly developed mutual admiration. Now, sources say they are quietly dating as their relationship takes shape.
A source told People magazine, “It’s early, but it’s sincere. They’re clearly smitten with each other.” Neeson, 73, and Anderson, 58, have been spending time together as they prepare for the film’s release on August 1, 2025.
A Change of Heart for Liam Neeson
Neeson once declared he was done dating after the tragic death of his wife, Natasha Richardson, in 2009. In October 2024, he told a journalist, “No, in a word. I’m past all that.”
However, Anderson seems to have changed his mind. After a brief relationship with publicist Freya St. Johnston that ended two years ago, Neeson appears to have found something special with Anderson.
On-Screen Chemistry Turns Real
When promoting their movie on TODAY, host Craig Melvin asked about their chemistry. Anderson playfully dodged the question, but Neeson admitted they hadn’t met before filming. They discovered a “lovely, budding chemistry” on set.
“It’s like, ‘This is nice. Let’s not mold this. Let it breathe,’” Neeson said. Melvin teased, “We’re watching the beginning of a budding relationship. America’s here for it.”

At the U.K. premiere on July 22, 2025, Anderson and Neeson showed undeniable chemistry. Anderson dazzled in a deep purple gown, while Neeson opted for a classic gray suit. Photos captured Neeson’s hand on Anderson’s back and Anderson kissing him on the cheek.
Though neither has publicly confirmed their relationship, fans have eagerly speculated online. One wrote, “They already look like a happily married couple,” while another noted, “She looks like his late wife.”
Neeson Praises Anderson
In a recent People interview, Neeson spoke warmly about Anderson. “I’m madly in love with her. She’s terrific to work with,” he said. He praised her professionalism, humor, and easygoing nature.
In the movie, Neeson plays Frank Drebin Jr., and Anderson stars as a “femme fatale” opposite him. Their on-screen chemistry has clearly spilled over into real life.
