Mysterious Creature Stuns Locals in West Virginia

A strange animal spotted walking with deer in Ritter Park, Huntington, West Virginia, has left locals puzzled. The video, recorded on October 24, shows the creature moving alongside a small herd of grazing deer.

The Sighting

Brittany Keller, on her way to work, noticed the unusual animal. She stopped to capture footage as the creature scurried with the deer. When Keller shared the video online, the community was filled with questions. “I thought it was strange,” Keller said, admitting she’d never seen such an animal before.

The Speculation

As the video spread, some online speculated the creature could be a lemur. However, experts quickly dismissed this idea, as lemurs are native to Madagascar, far from West Virginia.

Expert Insight

Animal expert Andy McKee suggested the creature might be a fox suffering from mange, a skin disease caused by mites. Mange can cause hair loss, thickened skin, and scabs, which could explain the animal’s odd appearance.
