They sometimes say that nice guys finish last and it seems as if there are some nice guys out there who may feel that way as well. Undoubtedly, there are times when they may find themselves getting the short end of the stick.

Times of change, however, and what was well thought of many years ago is not necessarily the most popular thing today. One man found this out all too well when he posted something on Twitter that ruffled some feathers.

Stephen Vickers was tired of being overlooked for men who did not treat their female counterparts properly. He knew that he could provide for a woman, so he left the post that said so.

It wasn’t just the fact that he said his house was paid for, he has health insurance and the 401(k). He also gets 700 pounds of beef every year, and lives on a couple hundred acres.

Undoubtedly, there must be a woman out there who would jump at the possibility of making him a significant other. That being said, the comment sections filled up quickly and the roasting was started.
