Linda Hogan Gets Emotional About Family Struggles

Linda Hogan, ex-wife of WWE legend Hulk Hogan, shared a heartfelt social media post about her fractured family. In a March 26 Instagram story, she admitted to feeling lonely and reflected on the past. “It’s been over 15 years since I left Hulk, and my family is a complete mess,” she said, holding back tears.

She also revealed that Brooke had cut her off. “She doesn’t talk to us. She got married, had twins, and never told us.” Linda added that Brooke’s fallout with Hulk somehow led to her own estrangement. “I haven’t spoken to her in nearly eight years.”

Despite this, she still has a strong bond with their son, Nick, calling him “such a good boy.”

Linda Calls Out Hulk Hogan

Linda didn’t hold back when discussing her ex-husband. She called him a “complete liar” and a “sex addict.” Seeing him move on so easily frustrated her. “He’s such a hero, right? Not,” she scoffed, giving a thumbs-down.

Despite trying to rebuild their family, she claimed Hulk never made an effort. Though she hopes for change, she enjoys her independence and has no plans to remarry.

Brooke Fires Back

Brooke wasn’t about to let her mother’s emotional video go unanswered. In an Instagram statement, she made it clear the issues ran deeper than Linda suggested. “That video was just the tip of a massive iceberg,” she said.

She called out both parents for years of turmoil and insisted her decision to cut ties was not made lightly. “I’m only sharing a small part of my experience. It barely scratches the surface of what I endured.”

Brooke Exposes Past Trauma

Brooke described her mother’s video as mild compared to the reality she had lived. She accused Linda of spreading false claims in the past.

Still, she expressed some sympathy. “She’s been through a lot of trauma. My heart breaks for her,” she admitted. However, she made it clear that while she couldn’t control how others treated her, she could control her own reactions.

Why She Cut Ties

Brooke explained that her reasons for distancing herself from each parent were separate. She alleged years of extreme verbal and mental abuse, sometimes turning physical. “Abuse comes in all shapes and sizes,” she said.

She detailed how this mistreatment shattered her confidence. Even in adulthood, she faced verbal attacks, cruel messages, and public humiliation. “I defended bad behavior out of love, only to realize I had been manipulated and lied to.”

Breaking the Cycle

Determined to reclaim her life, Brooke declared, “I am breaking the chain. It ends with me.”

In September 2023, she addressed media speculation after skipping her father’s third wedding. “For my own healing and happiness, I’ve chosen distance from my family,” she stated.

A New Chapter

Now, Brooke focuses on her husband, children, and future. “I hope people let me move forward without injecting more poison into my life,” she said.

On January 19, she joyfully announced the birth of her twins, Oliver Andrew and Molly Gene. “Our hearts are whole,” she wrote.

Embracing motherhood, she admitted, “Some nights feel endless, but 99% of it is miraculous and fun. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.” She cherishes these moments with her husband, even joking about their growing gray hairs. “They’ll only be this little once, and we’re soaking it up.”

Linda Hogan Moves On

Linda has also built a new life. She stays busy with advocacy work, supporting the Humane Society, pet adoption agencies, and the Children’s Special Olympics Miami Chapter. She also runs a skincare line, a clothing brand, and an avocado farm, splitting her time between Miami and Los Angeles with her boyfriend, Charley, and their 11 dogs.
