Poosh Article Raises Eyebrows
Kourtney Kardashian Barker is stirring conversation after her lifestyle brand, Poosh, revisited the topic of autose*uality. Fans quickly took notice, speculating whether the post was more than just informative—perhaps even personal.
The article, originally published in 2020, returned to the spotlight after it asked readers:
“Are you autose*ual?”
Then immediately answered, “Most likely, yes.”
What Is Autosexuality?
Autose*uality refers to being aroused by one’s own image, presence, or erotic energy. According to Casey Tanner, founder of QueerS*xTherapy, it’s the ability to feel se*ually energized through self-perception.
Tanner explained, “It’s about engaging with your erotic self.” For some, it’s as simple as loving how they look in the mirror. For others, it’s dressing up for their own pleasure or even responding to their scent or reflection.
Self-Appreciation That Runs Deep
Autose*uality, Tanner says, isn’t selfish—it’s empowering. It enhances confidence, strengthens intimacy, and builds a stronger connection to oneself. Even everyday acts like wearing lingerie for your own satisfaction or dancing in front of a mirror fall under this umbrella.
And most importantly, it’s natural. Tanner emphasizes that this form of self-connection doesn’t replace partner intimacy but can enrich it.

Why the Stigma?
Despite its benefits, autose*uality remains misunderstood. Many shy away from it, fearing they’ll appear self-absorbed or vain. But as Poosh highlights, recognizing your own se*ual energy can lead to greater emotional and physical well-being.
Kourtney’s Bold Style Keeps Fans Talking
Kourtney has never shied away from expressing herself. Last year, she married Travis Barker of Blink-182, and the two have often embraced a bold, edgy aesthetic—online and offline.
Their Halloween display sparked backlash for being “too provocative,” featuring skeletons in risqué poses. One commenter wrote, “That skeleton position? Really?” while another criticized, “You have children, and you think this is appropriate?”
Living Unapologetically
Despite the mixed reactions, Kourtney and Travis continue to live on their own terms. They welcomed their son Rocky earlier this year and have become known for their open affection and unconventional lifestyle.
Whether Kourtney’s team at Poosh intended to hint at her personal views or simply start a dialogue, the article succeeded in one thing: getting people talking. Once again, the Kardashian-Barker household proves it’s unafraid to challenge norms and push boundaries.
