In 2025, Ivanka Trump honored her mother Ivana with a touching message: “I love you and miss you.”

On February 20, 2025, Ivanka Trump marked what would have been her mother Ivana’s birthday with a moving Instagram post.

“Today would have been your birthday, Mom, and not a day goes by that I don’t miss you,” she wrote, reflecting on her mother’s “brilliance, charm, passion, and wicked sense of humor.”

Ivanka shared that her mother’s joy for life, her love of laughing, playing, and dancing, continues to inspire her daily. The tribute appeared alongside a series of family photographs, many of Ivanka and Ivana together through the years, from her childhood to adulthood, as well as moments with loved ones.

A Summer Anniversary Tribute

Five months later, on July 14, 2025, Ivanka returned to Instagram to honor the third anniversary of Ivana’s passing. Her words were brief but heartfelt: “I love and miss you mom. Not a day goes by without you in my heart.”

The post was accompanied by more family photos, many showing Ivanka with her mother as a young child. The images underscored the close bond the two shared and the way Ivana’s memory continues to live on through her children.

A Family United in Remembrance

Ivanka’s tributes follow similar posts from her brother, Donald Trump Jr., who also marked the anniversary with a message of love and remembrance. Together, the siblings’ words reflect the enduring impact Ivana Trump had on her family.

Ivana’s Lasting Legacy

Ivana Marie Trump, born in 1949 in Czechoslovakia, built a remarkable career that spanned fashion, business, and society. After living in Canada, she moved to the United States and married Donald Trump in 1977. The couple quickly became a fixture in New York’s high society, working side by side on major projects such as Trump Tower, the Grand Hyatt Hotel, and the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.

As vice president of interior design for the Trump Organization, Ivana was instrumental in shaping the distinctive look of Trump Tower. She went on to serve as CEO and president of Trump’s Castle casino resort and later managed the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan.
