Ocean City, Maryland, has recently painted blue lines on its roads, much to Mayor Rick Sheehan’s delight. He understands how essential police officers are to this beautiful beach community.

Maintaining Peace

These officers play a crucial role in maintaining peace between older retirees and rowdy teenagers who come to party. The blue line runs between the existing yellow road divider lines on Ocean City’s 65th Street, leading directly to the Ocean City Police Department headquarters.
