Happy Tails: Flood Victims Reunite With Lost Pets in Texas

In the aftermath of the devastating Texas floods, a glimmer of hope emerged today — families are being reunited with their beloved pets. Volunteers and rescue workers have spent hours combing through flooded neighborhoods and shelters, reuniting wagging tails and tearful owners.

Some moments were caught on camera: dogs leaping into arms, cats purring after days missing, children bursting into happy tears. These reunions are going viral for good reason — they’re pure, emotional, and real.

In a week filled with loss, this is the hope we all needed.
