One person who is in the news frequently in recent months is Elon Musk. Although he has been in the news often over the years, as he is the world’s richest man, things have not been going well for him as of late.

When you consider the fact that he went from being part of the president’s administration as head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to a fierce feud with the president, it has been a crazy ride, to say the least. It has caused many people to stop and ponder their relationship, as well as to rethink their own feelings about both individuals.

When the issues first started between the president and Elon Musk, it got started with a bang. Musk called the 78-year-old president’s ‘big beautiful Bill’ a disgusting abomination and then went on his social media platform to say that Trump was named in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

He has done some backpedaling since then, but you can’t take it all back once it’s online.

Something else that has come to light recently has to do with Elon’s father, Errol Musk. It seems as if his 79-year-old father has two children with his former stepdaughter, Jana Bezuidenhout, 37. Those children were born in 2017 and 2019.

In the 1990s, Errol was married to Jana’s mother, Heide, when Jana was only four years old. They would eventually split up in 2010.

Fast forward seven years when Jana was 30, and Errol entered into a romantic relationship with her after ‘reconnecting’. She had been dating a South African businessman but said: “We were lonely, lost people. One thing led to another — you can call it God’s plan or nature’s plan.”

One person mentioned this on X, stating: “When I learned this against my will it f****d me up for at least a week.

“To make it worse, Elon’s father also had 2 biological children with his ex wife, who is his ex step daughter, now baby momma’s, mother.”

Others tried to figure out the mathematics behind the family, only to end up more confused than when they started.

Errol Musk has not been private about his relationship with his stepdaughter, and has even spoken about it openly in the past. He said that he really didn’t consider her to be his stepdaughter because she grew up away from the family for the most part.

In a 2022 interview, he said that they no longer live together and are now separated. He claims that the 42-year age gap is the primary reason for the split.

Errol said: “It’s not practical. She’s 35. Eventually if I’m still around, she might wind up back with me.

“So any man who marries a woman, even if you feel very sprightly, it’s going to be nice for a while. But there’s a big gap… And that gap is going to show itself.”

This may make you wonder what the two children Errol had with Heide feel about it all. Errol said that they ‘still don’t like it’. He added: “They still feel a bit creepy about it, because she’s their sister. Their half-sister.”

Elon Musk, on the other hand, has spoken about his father regularly and in 2017, called him a ‘terrible human being’.
