Donald Trump has once again sparked strong reactions after commenting on his press secretary Karoline Leavitt’s appearance in a way that many describe as “inappropriate.”

The statement was made to journalists aboard Air Force One – and has led to both anger and rumors of a possible affair.

But this is not the first time Trump has used similar words about his young colleague. It was during a press conference on Air Force One on October 13 that Donald Trump was asked if Karoline Leavitt was at risk of being replaced as press secretary.

“Will Karoline be replaced? That will never happen,” Trump said at first – before adding a comment that caused many to react:

“That face… and those lips, they move like a machine gun,” Trump said.

Footage of the interview quickly spread on social media and many users were appalled by the president’s words on Leavitt.

“How is it impossible for this motherf***er to not be a creep?” one user asked, Nicki Swift reported.

“Um…ewww. Grody. Yuck,” another wrote.

“So he really did hire the women in his administration based solely on bedroom experience,” a third X user commented.

The statement by Trump made on Air Force One has also reignited speculation that Trump and Leavitt have a closer relationship than is officially acknowledged.

One user wrote: “So he really did hire the women in his administration solely because of what happens in the bedroom.”

The rumors have been circulating since last summer, when photos of Trump and Leavitt together on a golf course in Scotland attracted attention.

Per Nicki Swift, author Michael Wolff has previously claimed that Trump likes to surround himself with women who resemble his wife—both in appearance and style—and describes it as a form of “emotional infidelity.”
