Don Lemon Urges Minorities to Arm Themselves
During a Tuesday appearance on The Left Hook with Wajahat Ali, former CNN host Don Lemon made a bold suggestion: Black Americans should arm themselves to protect against ICE.

Lemon told Fox News:
“If you believe in the Second Amendment, if you believe in the Constitution, Black people, Brown people of all stripes — whether you’re an Indian American, Mexican American, or anyone else — go out in your community and get a gun legally. Get a license to carry legally.”
He emphasized legal channels, urging citizens to follow the law while exercising their rights.
Second Amendment as Protection
Lemon added, “When people knock on your door and take you away without due process as a citizen, isn’t that what the Second Amendment was written for?”
He suggested that arming themselves could send a message to authorities:
“It might knock some sense into the heads of those claiming, ‘It’s all fine, I don’t believe they’re acting without due process.’”
