Demi Tebow opens up about finding peace in God’s plan over and shares sweet new photos

Demi Tebow is embracing a new season of faith, motherhood, and purpose, and she’s using her platform to remind others where true worth really comes from.

The 2017 Miss Universe winner and wife of Tim Tebow recently spoke about her new 100-day devotional, Knowing Who You Are Because of Who God Is, and even reflected on the recent passing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, praising how he “stood so immensely courageously and boldly for what he believed in and what he believed was right.”

She said her faith carried her through “a season of waiting, of frustration, of letdowns,” a time that ultimately inspired the devotional.

“Bite-sized truth” in a noisy world

Now a mom to a baby girl named Daphne, Demi says her focus has shifted toward sharing what she calls “bite-sized pieces of truth.” These are reflections to help readers reclaim confidence and peace in a world that constantly measures value through likes, follows, and comments.

“It’s so easy to rely on what other people might say of us, what social media might point us to,” she told Fox News Digital. “But God’s love for us will never change.”

She explained that her book, published by Thomas Nelson, was written during her pregnancy and dedicated to her daughter. “Tim and I have prayed over Daphne’s life… that she will truly live her life according to the calling that God has for her,” she said.

Faith over validation

Demi, who’s open about the pressure that came with wearing an actual crown, says she’s learned that success and validation fade, but faith endures.

Referencing 1 Corinthians 9:25, she reflected: “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last… but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.”

She added that Paul’s message reminds believers not to chase perishable crowns — a truth she relates to personally after physically wearing one during her pageant years.

“With a pageant background myself, I physically wore a crown, but that crown is not something that lasted,” she said. “The impact we get to have on other people’s lives can be eternal.”

A mother’s prayer

Since giving birth in August, Demi says motherhood has deepened her understanding of God’s love and timing. And watching her newborn grow has taught her to “learn about life all over again.”

“The ways that Jesus loves us, cares for us, has a perfect plan for each one of us — that’s helped me in a season of waiting,” she said.

She and Tim, who married in 2020, often share glimpses of family life and their shared devotion to faith-based causes. But Demi hopes her latest book reminds readers that even in a social media-driven world, their worth was defined long before anyone ever hit ‘like.’

“Who He created us to be will never change,” she said simply. “And that’s the truth I want people to hold on to.”
