Boy, 4, dies day after telling mom ”under my arm hurts”

A family’s dream vacation turned into a tragedy when 4-year-old Jaxon Knowles suddenly passed away from meningococcal disease, a severe form of bacterial meningitis. His parents, Sammy and Jordan, had struggled for years to have him, making his loss even more heartbreaking. With no warning signs, Jaxon fell ill and passed away within hours. Now,

 

his grieving family is raising awareness about meningitis, hoping to prevent similar tragedies. In his honor, donations are being made to Meningitis Now, and Sheffield Wednesday football club will hold a tribute. His parents continue to mourn their “miracle baby,” struggling to fill the void left behind.
