Beef liver & onions recipe

*You will need:
Ingredients:

°¼ cup flour.
°1 lb beef liver.
°¼-½ cup butter.
°½ teaspoon of salt.
°⅛ teaspoon of pepper.
°Oil.
°1-2 tbsp chopped fresh sage.
°2 cups minced onions.
°½ cup beef broth.
°1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley.
°¼ cup dry white wine.

*How:

Directions:
In a bag, mix the flour, salt and pepper then put the liver (sliced into ½ inch strips) in the bag and shake to coat well.
In a skillet, melt 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter with a drizzle of oil and brown the onions over medium heat.
Placing onions in a dish also season with sage, salt also pepper.
In the same skillet, melt 3-4 tablespoons of butter and a drizzle of oil over high heat and stir in the liver. Cooking 5 minutes, stir constantly.
Add the onions to the liver, heat through and place on a serving platter.
Glaze the pan with the broth and wine and maintain the heat until the sauce thickens.
Pour the glaze over the liver and onions and sprinkle with parsley.
