  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda , to neutralize odors

Preparation is as simple as creating an infusion.

  • In a large mixing basin, combine the honey, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  • Then, add the lukewarm water while swirling gently.
  • Finish with some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Once everything is completely combined, transfer the mixture to an airtight glass bottle.
  • Simply use it after cleaning your teeth as you would any other mouthwash.
