Less than a week after 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good was fatally shot while allegedly blocking a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation in Minneapolis, new confrontations unfolded Tuesday as another woman was captured on video blocking a Minnesota roadway with her vehicle while anti-ICE agitators gathered nearby in support.

Video footage showed federal agents attempting to stop the female driver after her vehicle appeared to wedge agents between her car and another vehicle blocking the road.

Agents were seen breaking the passenger-side window as the situation escalated, while members of the surrounding crowd shouted encouragement.

“Go, go, go, go, go,” agitators yelled as the confrontation continued.

The woman, who has not been publicly identified, was pulled from the vehicle as she clung to the driver’s side door.

Agents forced her against the side of the car and placed her in handcuffs as members of the crowd shouted at officers.

“Stop,” one person yelled, while others shouted, “that’s so f**ked up,” and “all you do is hurt.”

Minutes later, video showed agitators wearing black hoodies and gas masks surrounding federal agents’ vehicles and striking them as officers attempted to regain control of the scene.

Tear gas, pepper balls, and pepper spray were deployed to disperse the crowd.

“Nazis,” one agitator screamed.

“You will pay for your crimes.”

Additional footage showed multiple individuals detained in the snow as others filmed the arrests on their phones.

At the same time, a separate group of approximately 70 to 80 protesters gathered outside the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis.

Video from that scene showed agitators blocking federal vehicles and throwing rocks at agents’ cars.

One individual was captured on video opening the back of a federal vehicle as it drove away, while another was arrested after allegedly throwing water bottles and kicking agents’ vehicles.

The unrest follows the death of Good, who was shot during a federal enforcement operation after authorities said she blocked agents with her vehicle.

The incident has become a rallying point for anti-ICE activists in the Twin Cities.

Marcos Charles, acting executive associate director of ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations, told Fox News’ Martha MacCallum on Tuesday that dozens of agitators have already been charged in connection with the unrest.

“We will be arresting anybody that interferes or impedes in any of these enforcement actions,” Charles said.

“We’ve already arrested 60 … that have got in our way, impeded us or assaulted an officer.”

According to Charles, those charges stem from incidents over the past five days as federal agents have continued immigration enforcement operations in Minnesota.

Minnesota state leaders and officials from Minneapolis and St. Paul have blamed the Trump administration for the unrest, arguing that the federal enforcement surge has destabilized the region.

The state and the two cities have filed a lawsuit seeking to block ongoing federal immigration operations.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison accused the Department of Homeland Security of causing widespread disruption, characterizing the enforcement actions as excessive and harmful.

“DHS agents have sown chaos and terror across the metropolitan area,” Ellison said.

“Schools have gone [into] lockdown. Entire districts have had to cancel school for tens of thousands of students to ensure safety and offer online education. … Revenues are down, and some retail stores, daycares and restaurants have actually closed because people are afraid to go out.”

Federal officials rejected those claims and accused Minnesota leaders of obstructing lawful enforcement actions and fueling unrest.

“Keith Ellison made it abundantly clear today he is prioritizing politics over public safety,” DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said.

“It really is astounding that the Left can miraculously rediscover the Tenth Amendment when they don’t want federal law enforcement officers to enforce federal law—which is a clear federal responsibility under Article I, Article II and the Supremacy Clause—and then go right back to federalizing every state responsibility possible when they get back in power. Spare us.”

DHS officials have said the enforcement operations are targeting criminal illegal aliens and are necessary to maintain public safety, while warning that interference with federal agents will result in arrests.

The agency has maintained that its officers are operating within their lawful authority despite ongoing protests and legal challenges from state and local officials.

As of Tuesday night, federal operations continued in Minneapolis amid heightened security and ongoing demonstrations, with authorities signaling that further arrests are likely if agitators continue to obstruct enforcement actions.
