One day, after recovering from the flu, she noticed a lump on her neck but didn’t think much of it. She also experienced itchy legs, night sweats, and fatigue, which she attributed to stress and being overworked. Despite these symptoms, she hesitated to see a doctor, worrying she might be wasting their time.
Georgie’s cancer treatment caused early menopause, which she found emotionally challenging, especially since she hadn’t had the chance to have children.
