A former business associate of Priscilla Presley has made explosive claims involving Riley Keough and John Travolta in a newly amended lawsuit.
Brigitte Kruse, Priscilla’s former partner, alleges that Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta’s youngest son, Ben, who was born in 2010. According to the lawsuit, Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, allegedly used Keough’s eggs to conceive their son per documents obtained by Page Six. Kruse claims Keough was paid between $10,000 and $20,000 and was also given an old Jaguar as part of the arrangement.
The lawsuit further alleges that Keough agreed to donate her eggs after her late mother, Lisa Marie Presley, had previously done the same to help Travolta and Preston conceive. Kruse claims the couple later decided not to use Lisa Marie’s eggs due to concerns about her past drug use.
These allegations appear in an amended $50 million lawsuit filed by Kruse and another former associate, Kevin Fialko. The suit is primarily aimed at Priscilla Presley’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, and centers on claims of breach of contract and disputes over control of the Presley estate following Lisa Marie’s death in 2023.
Priscilla Presley’s attorney, Marty Singer, strongly denied the allegations, calling them false and deeply harmful. He accused Kruse of crossing ethical boundaries in an effort to hurt Priscilla Presley and her family.
“These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case,” the lawyer said and referred to the claims as “shameful” per Page Six.
John Travolta and Kelly Preston shared three children together: son Jett, who tragically died in 2009 at age 16, as well as daughter Ella Bleu, now 25, and their youngest son, Ben, 15.
The couple married in 1991 and remained together until Preston’s death in 2020. The Jerry Maguire actress died at age 57 after a private battle with breast cancer.
