Elvis Presley’s Widow Never Married Again, and His Grandchildren Have Grown Up Fast

For many years, Priscilla Presley was in the background. Her husband, Elvis, was always in the spotlight but she seemed to be content to be behind-the-scenes.

Now that the controversial film, ‘Priscilla: Elvis and I’ has premiered, it has also shed some light on a life that many people didn’t realize existed. Despite divorce and even death, Priscilla remained connected Elvis in a very profound way.

After they were divorced, Priscilla made the transition from a housewife of the 60s to a successful businesswoman. Elvis had brought her a lot of opportunities, and she is letting other people know about it through the documentary.

Priscilla was only 14 years old when she met 24-year-old Elvis. He was in Germany in the Army, and it was a love story that got a very early start.

She couldn’t help but fall for his charisma, which was easy for anyone to see. Eventually, she even earned the name ‘Elvis Dall’ because she was yielding to his demands on how she should look and behave.

The relationship was strained in many different ways, including when Elvis was unfaithful but they remained a couple until 1973 when they eventually were divorced.

After the divorce, Priscilla began to change in the way that she looked and even in how she conducted herself. She became a businesswoman and entered the world of acting on her own.

In 1977 when Elvis died suddenly, Priscilla was beyond devastated. She even took a personal vow that she would never remarry.

Even though she never remarried, she did have relationships with others from time to time.

She also had a cosmetic procedure in 2003 that did not go well. This and other hardships were difficult but she remained dedicated to her family and the legacy of her ex-husband.
