Gavin Newsom mocks Trump with wild ‘piggy’ pic after president insults reporter

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has jumped headfirst into the meme arena — and this time, he’s using AI to take direct aim at Donald Trump after the president went viral for calling a female reporter “piggy.”

“Quiet. Quiet, piggy”

The moment happened Friday, when Trump snapped at veteran White House reporter Catherine Lucey.

The reporter had begun asking: “If there’s nothing incriminating in the files, sir, why not…” before Trump cut her off.

“Quiet. Quiet, piggy,” he said — a clip that instantly tore through the internet.

The confrontation occurred on Air Force One on November 14, as Trump faced questions about recently released emails from Epstein, who died in prison in 2019.

For California Governor Gavin Newsom — who seems more than ready to give Trump a taste of his own medicine — it was the perfect opportunity to fire back with some mockery.

Once the moment started trending, Newsom’s official press office wasted no time firing back on X. With what looked like heavy AI help, they posted a barrage of over-the-top images mocking the president.

The first image imagined Trump as a pig proudly displaying a golden renovation plan for the Oval Office, a jab at Trump’s notorious love of all things gold-plated.

Then came another: Trump’s face plastered onto the body of a full-blown pig.

The trolling only escalated from there. One post referenced Trump’s obsession with media attention, featuring a fake magazine cover starring him — again leaning into the pig theme.

But Newsom’s press office wasn’t done. They posted what appeared to be a real, unedited photo of Trump and Jeffrey Epstein together, captioning it simply:
“piggies” — a clear swipe tied to the fight over the release of Epstein files.

By Wednesday, the White House pushed out a statement defending Trump’s comment.

“This reporter behaved in an inappropriate and unprofessional way toward her colleagues on the plane,” the statement read. “If you’re going to give it, you have to be able to take it.”

Speaking of the much-discussed Epstein files, President Donald Trump announced Wednesday night that he has signed legislation allowing the Justice Department to release documents tied to the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

”I HAVE JUST SIGNED THE BILL TO RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES!” Trump wrote in a lengthy Truth Social post. ”As everyone knows, I asked Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and Senate Majority Leader John Thune, to pass this Bill in the House and Senate, respectively. Because of this request, the votes were almost unanimous in favor of passage.

”At my direction, the Department of Justice has already turned over close to fifty thousand pages of documents to Congress. Do not forget — The Biden Administration did not turn over a SINGLE file or page related to Democrat Epstein, nor did they ever even speak about him.”
