Divorce Lawyer Reveals 3 Professions of Men Least Likely to Cheat

When it comes to relationships, trust is crucial. But some professions seem to have more reliable men than others, at least according to Arizona divorce attorneys Chris and Kate Simonds of Simonds Law Group.

With over 15 years of family law experience, the duo has gathered significant insights from their work with high-conflict divorce cases, which they share on their TikTok account, SimondsLaw.

In a recent video, Kate revealed the three types of men least likely to cheat based on her experience.

According to Kate, there are certain professions that tend to produce men with the kind of personality traits that make infidelity less likely.

“If you’re in a relationship with one of these types of men, you’re safe,” she assures.

So, who are these men? Let’s dive into the three professions Kate highlighted.

3. Accountants

“Accountants. I think you’re pretty safe with an accountant,” Kate shares. Based on her experience, accountants exhibit a personality type that tends to be stable and trustworthy.

“I see a pretty common personality type,” she adds, suggesting that if you’re dating or married to an accountant, cheating isn’t something you’ll likely have to worry about.

2. Pharmacists

Next on the list is pharmacists. “No cheating and pharmacy,” Kate jokes. As someone who works with many clients in various professions, she’s observed that pharmacists are typically dependable partners.

The nature of the work, which often involves a high level of responsibility and attention to detail, seems to foster trustworthiness in their personal lives as well.

1. Farmers

The profession least likely to engage in cheating, according to Kate, is farmers. “If you are married to or in a relationship with a farmer, I predict no cheating will occur,” she says with confidence.

The hardworking, grounded lifestyle of farmers may contribute to their loyalty, making them one of the most reliable partners.

While these professions may offer a sense of security, Kate also shares traits that could indicate a partner is cheating.

“No. 1 seems obvious,” she says. “The person becomes secretive. Hiding their phone, hiding their calendar.” Other red flags include drastic changes in appearance, such as getting in shape or adopting a new routine, which could signal that someone is trying to impress someone else.

One of the most telling signs of infidelity, Kate explains, is “guilt transference.” This occurs when a spouse starts accusing their partner of inappropriate behavior, which may be a reflection of their own guilt for their actions. “If your spouse starts to accuse or present accusations to you about your behavior, that could be guilt transference,” she warns.

Kate, who has dealt with countless divorce cases, offers some practical advice for anyone who suspects their partner of cheating.

“Capitalize on the brief period in which the cheater experiences enough guilt to amicably and equitably enter into a divorce settlement,” she advises. If you’re certain that divorce is the right choice, Kate suggests exploring swift mediation before the cheater’s guilt turns to anger and blame-shifting.

Kate and Chris Simonds have also created the “Divorce in a Day” program, which helps couples in Arizona navigate the divorce process with less stress and hassle. This boutique service offers a smoother, more amicable path for those looking to end their marriage without the usual complications.

With these insights from a seasoned divorce lawyer, couples can gain a better understanding of the factors that might impact trust and loyalty in a relationship. Whether you’re dating or married, knowing what to look for in your partner’s profession and behavior can provide valuable perspective.
