Jocelynn passed away five days after she was found unresponsive at home on February 3. Her funeral was held at the same church where she was baptized, with family and friends remembering her bright spirit. She loved dancing, swinging, and spending time with loved ones—especially enjoying movie nights and getting her nails done with her grandmother.

The Boys & Girls Club of Cooke County expressed their deep sorrow, saying Jocelynn’s death is a painful reminder of how important kindness and compassion are. Her mother now hopes her daughter’s story will raise awareness about the serious impact of bullying and the need for schools to do more.
