According to his niece, Trump has trouble with basic tasks like tying his shoes

Mary Trump Blasts Her Uncle: “He Can’t Even Tie His Shoes”

Donald Trump’s niece, psychologist Mary Trump, doesn’t hold back in her latest takedown.

A “Reign of Idiocy,” Not Strength

Donald Trump has long cultivated an image of dominance and toughness. But according to Mary Trump, that persona masks deep vulnerability.

On her YouTube series Trump Trolls Trump, Mary—an experienced psychologist—claims her uncle is in cognitive decline.

“We’re now 166 days into the Trump regime’s reign of terror… but let’s call it what else it is — a reign of idiocy,” she said.

Echoes of His Father’s Decline

Experts have speculated Trump fears inheriting the same fate as his father, Fred Trump Sr., who suffered from Alzheimer’s in his later years.
Mary Trump agrees. She says Donald may be spiraling, both mentally and emotionally.

“He Can’t Tie His Shoes”

Mary didn’t mince words.

“Time flies when you’re having a horrible time and when democracy is being strangled by a man who can’t tie his own shoes,” she quipped.

In her bestselling book Too Much and Never Enough, Mary painted a similar picture. But this time, she’s doubling down.

A Blend of Narcissism and Decline

Despite the criticism, Mary gave her uncle backhanded credit:

“Donald is good at very, very few things, but I’ll give him this — he mixes cognitive decline with narcissism. That’s a twofer.”

Bizarre Florida Appearance Fuels Concerns

Mary also mocked Trump’s rambling comments during a visit to Florida’s controversial new immigration facility, nicknamed Alligator Alcatraz.
When asked how long detainees would be held, Trump veered off topic — talking about New York taxes and Oval Office décor.

“The question, you idiot, wasn’t do you like Florida?” Mary snapped.
“He can’t answer because he doesn’t have an answer.”

She added that his behavior shows he’s “increasingly far gone” and has the “attention span of a toddler.”

Tired of “Thuggish” Lies

Mary expressed growing frustration with what she views as Trump’s refusal to be honest with the public.

“I’m sick of this thuggish lunk sitting there and denying the American people any truth,” she said.

A Perfume Grift?

Mary also took aim at Trump’s latest business move: the launch of a luxury perfume called “Victory” on Truth Social.

The scent retails for $249 and comes with a gold figurine of Trump.

“It’s grotesque for a sitting president to grift off his office — but here we are,” Mary said.
She ended with a jab: “Having to guess what that horror smells like is deeply unfair to those of us who are still sane.”

Final Thoughts

Mary Trump has long warned about her uncle’s behavior. But in this latest video, her criticism hits harder than ever — blending satire, personal insight, and serious concern.

Whether you agree or not, she’s forcing the public to ask a tough question:
Is Donald Trump fit for the office he seeks to hold again?

It happened in a quiet room — just Al Roker and the doctor. The words “you have cancer” hung in the air, and for the first time in years, Al was completely alone. His wife, Deborah Roberts, wasn’t by his side — not because she didn’t care, but because he’d told her not to come. “It’s just a routine check-up,” he’d said. But when he walked back through their front door, clutching that diagnosis and fighting back tears, the truth hit harder than the disease itself — he’d made the biggest mistake of his life. Deborah didn’t say a word at first. Her silence cut deeper than any sentence could. Then, finally, she spoke — and what she said left Al breathless. That moment changed everything. He vowed never again to face life’s storms alone. For the first time, he saw Deborah not just as his wife, but as the very heartbeat of his story. And somehow, in the midst of cancer’s chaos, their love didn’t break — it burned brighter. All because of one quiet, powerful sentence from Deborah — a sentence that brought Al to tears and would later move millions.
