Originally reported in November 2021, Frenchman Anthony Loffredo, 33, continues his transformation into what he calls a “black alien” by removing two fingers to create a claw-like hand.
Known as one of the world’s most modified individuals, Anthony has already split his tongue, removed his nose and ears, tattooed his eyeballs, and altered his face with implants and piercings. He estimates he’s only completed 34% of his transformation.
Many of these extreme procedures were done abroad, as they are illegal in France. His Instagram, the_black_alien_project, with over 700,000 followers, documents his evolution and often sparks mixed reactions—from admiration to concern.
Despite criticism, Anthony remains committed. He says his desire for transformation began in his 20s when he left his job as a security guard to pursue a life that felt true to him.
