A Glamorous Start

In 2017, Leah Rose and Ava Marie Clements turned 7 and launched an Instagram account that quickly went viral. Followers were instantly captivated by their stunning looks.

Now 14, the California-born twins—often called the “most beautiful twins in the world”—have become internationally recognized child models.

How It All Began

That same year, their mom, Jaqi Clements, started posting photos of the identical sisters to share with friends and family. But the internet noticed something special. Their natural beauty caught on, and followers poured in.

Soon after, modeling agencies and major brands came calling. What started as a simple social media account turned into a full-fledged modeling career.

“Instagram was something I hadn’t used much,” Jaqi wrote in a blog post. “Six months ago, I wouldn’t have known 300,000 followers was a lot.”

Today, the twins have nearly 3 million followers across Instagram and Facebook. Their modeling work includes big names like Nike, Disney, and Target.

Facing Criticism

Despite their fame, the Clements family hasn’t avoided backlash. Some critics questioned whether it was right to let the girls model at such a young age.

Jaqi pushed back, saying it was her daughters’ idea—not hers. She and her husband Kevin even made personal financial sacrifices to support the girls’ dreams.

“I didn’t decide they’d model—they did,” she wrote. “If they ever want to stop, we’ll support that 100%.”

A Life-Saving Plea

In October 2019, the twins’ Instagram took on a whole new role—as a lifeline. Their dad Kevin, a high school swim coach, thought he had a cold. It turned out to be T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, a rare and aggressive cancer.

The girls sprang into action. They used their platform to search for a bone marrow match that could save their father’s life.

“If he gets a transplant, his cancer will go away quicker,” Ava told People magazine.

Leah added, “People are so sweet to want to help my dad.”

Thousands of fans responded. While Kevin ultimately received a transplant from his brother, many others joined the national donor registry, potentially saving future lives.

Still Shining

Leah and Ava continue to model while balancing school and family life. They’ve grown into stunning teens with purpose, using their fame for good.
