Ten-month-old Zeke Best was found lifeless near Idaho Falls, just a day after an Amber Alert was issued. His father, Jeremy Albert Best, was arrested in connection with the case.
Police discovered Jeremy naked and making strange statements beside the road, leading to the search of his vehicle where Zeke’s body was found. Authorities are investigating the incident, which also involves the recent homicide of Jeremy’s wife, Kali Jean Randall, found dead in her home.
Jeremy Albert Best remains in custody as multiple agencies, including the FBI and state police, continue the investigation. Officials expressed condolences to the family amid the heartbreaking tragedy.
