Fans have been concerned about Justin Bieber for quite some time now
For months, fans have voiced growing concern over Justin Bieber’s health, and now the artist has broken his silence, candidly sharing his plea for help.
The “Baby” hitmaker has appeared visibly strained recently, coinciding with the looming court case involving his former mentor, Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Social media has been abuzz with worries about Bieber’s physical and mental state, fueling swirling rumors about his wellbeing.
In response, Bieber took to his social platforms to offer a rare glimpse into his emotional landscape, revealing that he has sought solace and guidance from God.
The 31-year-old described himself as an “ordinary, imperfect man” in a heartfelt message shared with his 294 million Instagram followers.
He acknowledged that he often “continues to say and do things that unintentionally cause pain” and admitted to fearing “being exposed” because of his own vulnerabilities and anxieties.

In a series of heartfelt Instagram reflections, he confessed, “I’ve made mistakes that have caused pain to others… Yet today, I woke with a fresh chance to grow and shed some of my selfishness.”
He went on to share his thoughts on love: “LOVE PULLS US CLOSER. LOVE NEVER JUDGES. LOVE BELIEVES IN THE BEST. LOVE HOLDS ON TO HOPE. LOVE ENDURES THROUGH EVERYTHING. IT DOESN’T KEEP TALLY OF WRONGS.”
“LOVE TEACHES US TO FORGIVE—even those we might consider enemies,” he added.
In an even more candid post, Bieber revealed his inner fears: “Sometimes I worry that if I expose how selfish I really am, people won’t like or trust me.”
He continued, “I feared that by being truthful about my selfish thoughts, I might lose my place in the dreams I had—dreams where I belonged, where I was accepted.”
This raw honesty laid bare the vulnerability behind the public persona, illuminating the personal battles beneath the surface.
The singer behind “What Do You Mean” opened up about the unpredictability of his emotions, confessing, “Each morning I wake up, sometimes buoyed by optimism, other times shadowed by pessimism.”
He admitted to struggling with these feelings, saying, “I can’t dictate how I’m going to feel. Often, I found myself—even unconsciously—blaming God for the heaviness I woke with instead of reaching out to Him and asking for a shift in perspective.”
His reflections continued: “I’ve been sincerely pleading with God to help me see the good in people, even after experiencing betrayal and being used.”
He acknowledged the ease of deflecting blame: “It’s always simpler to cast judgment outward than to confront the flaws within ourselves. It’s easier to label others as greedy than to examine the greed lurking in our own hearts.”
Ultimately, he recognized a deeper truth: “Only God can cleanse the selfishness and greed from within. Trying harder on my own won’t cut it—I’ve tried that, believe me.”

His candid revelations come after months marked by erratic public appearances and growing concerns about a potential relapse, especially given his previous openness about struggles with addiction and mental health.
Meanwhile, fans have been buzzing with speculation regarding his marriage to Hailey Bieber, particularly after she attended the Met Gala without his presence.
The couple, who have been united in marriage for nearly seven years, recently celebrated the arrival of their first son in August 2024, marking a new chapter in their shared journey.
