This creepy video from Gettysburg proves that there are ghosts in the world.

In 2016, 157 years after the famous Civil War battle at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, a man walking through the area where the battle happened saw something strange.

Gettysburg is still one of the most popular tourist spots in the US. The Civil War Trust and the National Park Service took care of most of the ground where the clash took place. But there are still some parcels they need to protect. This is very important for historians who are still learning about the bloody battle.

The battle was the last time Confederate General Robert E. Lee invaded the North. Union troops beat him back, and he had to leave.
The famous speech that Abraham Lincoln gave on November 19, 1963, is called “The Gettysburg Address.”

“Four score and seven years ago, our fathers launched a fresh nation on this continent, rooted in freedom and committed to the idea that all people are born equal.”

“Right now we are in a big civil war that will test whether that country, or any other country with such a strong idea and commitment, can last for a long time.” We meet on a big spot where that war took place. We’ve come to set aside a part of that field as a memorial for the people who died here so that this country could live. We should do this because it is the right thing to do.

There is a bigger reason why we can’t dedicate, consecrate, or hallow this ground, though. It is holy because of the brave men who fought here, both living and dead. We can’t add to or take away from that. What we say here won’t be remembered for long, but what they did here will always be remembered. Lincoln said in his speech, “It is for us the living to be dedicated here to the unfinished work that they who fought here have so bravely advanced.”

It is more important for us to be here dedicated to the big job that still needs to be done. Let us learn from these honored dead how to be even more dedicated to the cause that they gave their lives for. Let us make a strong promise that these dead will not have died in vain; that this nation, under God, will have a new birth of freedom; and that government of the people, by the people, for the people will not die out.

People have told stories about Gettysburg over the years because it was a bloody battlefield. Many couldn’t say anything about the one that came out in 2020.
