I adore a nice fast food lunch, I won’t even try to lie. Even though I don’t usually drive through, there’s something really reassuring about indulging in a burger and fries from one of my favorite chain restaurants when I do. Without a question, Wendy’s is one of those favorites.

The happy red-haired girl with freckles and blue ribbons at the end of her pigtails is the Wendy’s emblem that you are probably familiar with. But did you realize that the well-known logo has a secret detail? Wendy’s was named for the daughter of its creator, Dave Thomas. In addition to Wendy, he chose to put another member of the family in the logo. Wendy’s ruffled collar has the word “MOM” if you look closely.
