A man who divorced his wife of 47 years begs for her

After nearly 50 years of marriage, John abandoned his wife Nicky for a younger woman, announcing he wanted a divorce. Nicky was furious, vowing not to sign the divorce papers and refusing to let him escape without consequences. John packed up and left for a six-month trip to Mexico, taking their savings with him.

Three months later, John returned unexpectedly, begging for forgiveness on his knees. He revealed that his new partner, Maddison, had robbed him and left him alone. Just then, Nicky opened the door to find Maddison on the porch—her friend’s daughter, who had been helping Nicky gather evidence against John’s infidelity.

Nicky revealed her plan, celebrating her husband’s downfall. She kicked John out for good, determined to keep him from taking any of her assets in the divorce. Their children sided with Nicky, ridiculing John for his actions. Nicky and her friend laughed over raspberry tea, reveling in their victory.
