In August 2016, Tantaros filed a bombshell lawsuit against Fox News, alleging sexual harassment by then-CEO Roger Ailes and other senior executives. In her lawsuit, she described the network using controversial language, calling it a “sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult.”

And later, in 2017, she filed a second suit, alleging the network hacked her devices and engaged in illegal surveillance. That case, too, was dismissed in 2018 for insufficient evidence.
