Georgia High School Senior Mantavius Presley Earns $1 Million in Scholarships and Acceptance to 58 Colleges

Georgia Senior Achieves Remarkable Academic Success

A Georgia high school senior has reached an extraordinary milestone. Mantavius Presley, a senior at Douglas County High School, earned more than $1 million in scholarship offers and received acceptance letters from 58 colleges and universities across the United States.

Presley’s achievement reflects hard work, dedication, and leadership throughout his high school years.

Early Promise and Ambition

Mantavius Presley, also known by friends as “LeBron,” began his college search early. He applied broadly to colleges with programs that matched his goals. As results began arriving, his list of acceptances grew steadily.

By spring 2025, Presley had been accepted to 58 colleges and universities. These include The University of AlabamaHoward UniversityMorehouse CollegeMercer University, and Xavier University of Louisiana, among others.

Scholarship Offers Add Up

Alongside the acceptances, Presley secured scholarship offers totaling over $1 million. The awards recognize his academic strength and extracurricular leadership.

These scholarship funds give Presley options as he prepares to choose where to continue his education. The offers will also help ease the financial burden of college.

Leadership and Community Service

Presley did more than excel in the classroom. He held leadership roles in multiple school organizations. He served as:

  • President of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)

  • President of the National Honor Society

  • Vice President of the student government

  • Vice President of the Class of 2025

  • Manager of the cheer teams

He also contributed as a member of the school’s yearbook staff.

In addition, Presley completed more than 1,100 hours of community service during high school.

Balancing Goals and Graduation

As graduation nears, Mantavius Presley is thoughtfully evaluating his options. He plans to choose a college that aligns with both his academic goals and scholarship opportunities.

His success story has inspired classmates and teachers alike. Presley said the support he received from his school and community motivates him to keep striving for excellence.
